This blog sounds like it’s going to have huge potential! I’m a huge fan of sushi and I can’t wait to see your pictures and how-to’s!
Ever since I’ve became a vegetarian, sushi has become a really bland dish for me. All the restaurants only serve avacado, vegetable, or cucumber roll. I’ve only seen one restaurant offer some unique vegetarian rolls. This place around my neck of the woods have tempura shitake mushroom rolls and tempura vegetable rolls, which are actually very delicious! Maybe you could create some new vegetarian rolls that I can try to make while at home.
I hope to learn much from you, Sushi Advisor! It would be great to serve homemade specialty sushi to friends and family. Sounds perfect for potlucks, picnics, or family gatherings.
